The Company

Twoconnect is a privately-owned, boutique-sized, specialist offshore recruitment and service centre agency serving the Australian business community.

Established in 2016 by its founder and Managing Director Andrew Kukla, Twoconnect offers a unique service known as managed operations in the Philippines, providing specialist recruiting and operations management.

We help you build your overseas team and assign a specialist to manage the corporate infrastructure (facilities, IT, labour laws, recruitment, and HR).

You’ll get a dedicated team with full control over their workload, processes, and quality while we manage their day-to-day performance.

Twoconnect’s head office is located in Sydney, Australia while the marketing and account management teams are based in Brisbane. Our local staff has over 50 years of experience in a variety of business sectors.

Our offshore staff, offices and facilities are based in Metro Manila, Philippines. We conduct our business operations in two purpose-built, class-A office buildings that are easily accessible for our potential recruits.
